This page explains what data inward-labs.com collects, why it is needed and how to control it. The site owner and data controller is Inward Labs; contact: info@inward-labs.com.

What the site collects

The site collects two groups of data.

Form data. The name, phone number, email address and message a visitor sends through the enquiry form. This data is used to answer the enquiry and is stored in the company mailbox.

Visit data. Anonymous statistics: which pages were viewed, how long the visit lasted, which source the visitor arrived from, device type and country. This data shows how people use the site and identifies no individual.

Cookies

A cookie is a small record a site stores in the visitor’s browser. This site uses two groups of them.

Record Purpose Lifetime Consent
pll_language Remembers the language the visitor selected 1 year Not required: the site relies on it to work as intended
_ga, _ga_* Google Analytics: tells a returning visit from a new one up to 2 years Required

Until the visitor answers the consent bar, no analytics record is created in the browser: statistics are collected anonymously, with no identifier stored. Choosing “Accept” switches on full measurement. Choosing “Essential only” leaves the language record alone.

Analytics

Visit statistics are collected by Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager. The data is processed by Google Ireland Limited under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms in line with the GDPR. Data sharing with Google advertising products is switched off, the site carries no advertising, and no profiling for advertising purposes takes place. Statistics are retained for 14 months.

Who receives the data

Form data is handled by the company and passed to no third party, other than the email provider that delivers the message. Anonymous statistics are held in Google Analytics. There are no other recipients.

Visitor rights

A visitor may ask what data the company holds about them, receive a copy of it, request correction or deletion, and withdraw consent for analytics. An email to info@inward-labs.com is enough.

The cookie decision can be changed at any time: clear the site data in the browser settings and the consent bar appears again.

Changes

If the data collected or the list of services changes, this page is updated and the date below shows the day of the last revision.
