The Inward Labs principle

SEO and dev — one process

The technical side determines whether search and AI systems can crawl, read and interpret your pages correctly. Strategy, content and development work toward one result.

SEO, analytics and development work off one project plan. Related changes are carried out together, at the required scale, and reviewed as a whole.

Project manager + data

Diagnostics and plan

Goals, site condition, accumulated data and current tasks come together in a single project plan with shared priorities.

  • Monthly goals and priorities
  • Site condition and accumulated data
  • One shared backlog across tracks

Preparing the solution

A change is assessed at the same time from the data, its impact on the site and the technical implementation. The outcome is a solution ready to be carried out.

  • Complex work owned by the technical track
  • Delivered against the agreed plan

WHAT WE DO

Why companies work with Inward Labs

Inward Labs is built for companies with a live site or online store and a constant flow of digital work. You get SEO, dev, analytics and technical support inside one system — without building an in-house team or coordinating several vendors.

Vendors

Every track means finding a separate contractor. Here they all sit inside one system.

One team across every track

Ownership

A fix in one place breaks another, and the client is left to sort it out. Here the same side owns the seams.

Single accountability for the project

Pace of work

Tasks move from analysis to implementation inside one plan, without waiting on a separate contractor.

Fewer idle gaps between stages

Structure

Inside Inward OS

Inward OS is a corporate execution engine built on LLMs for agentic automation of business processes, run by a technical specialist on a dedicated project server.

A project curator sets the tasks, tracks progress and signs off the result.

Inward OS runs on a dedicated project server. Access, work history and task execution are kept in a managed environment that is less exposed to local office disruptions.

Frequently asked questions

Inward OS compute capacity, work across the relevant tracks, project management and quality control. Plan and priority management is included as well.

A task enters the single project plan, gets its priority for the month and a slot in the next work cycle. Related changes are carried out together, in a set order and with defined acceptance criteria.

A dedicated project manager, who owns the integrity of the project. They agree the scope, run the queue, accept the work and hand over the finished result.

Changes pass a technical check before handover, then the project owner accepts the work. At the end of the reporting period you receive a list of completed work, a report and a sign-off.

The timeline is given when the task is raised and follows the plan for the month, the priorities and the current queue. Work runs systematically under the agreed schedule and the priorities of the month.

An urgent task moves up the queue once agreed, and the rest move into the following cycles. The plan for the month is re-cut, not cancelled.

You get access to the project repository and server. Everything built and shipped for the project — code, sites, settings, integrations and data — stays yours.

Billing is monthly. At the end of the reporting period you receive a list of completed work, a report and a sign-off.

The price depends on the volume of pages and data, the number of tracks in play and the depth of the technical work. The exact figure is fixed in the contract after the diagnostics.

Content production, advertising budgets, buying links and external placements, paid services and licences, third-party hosting and infrastructure, unless they are separately included in the contract.

Three months. The first month goes into diagnostics and the core technical work, and the result becomes visible over the following cycles.

There is no separate launch fee. Diagnostics, access setup and building the first plan are part of the first month of work.

The first cycle starts once access is handed over and the plan is agreed — usually within a few working days of signing the contract.

Capacity is defined by the volume we take into the monthly plan: the number of pages, tasks and technical changes is fixed in advance and visible in the portal.

The price grows as the scope grows: more pages and language versions, additional tracks of work, separate development modules and integrations.
